Job summary

BBVA USA, BBVA Securities Inc., and BBVA NY are seeking a Client Service Analyst in New York to support corporate client onboarding and lifecycle enablement. You will coordinate documentation, engage Global Bankers, and work with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure smooth onboarding.

The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and fluent English with Spanish a plus, in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Base salary ranges with discretionary bonus; benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with client onboarding and lifecycle management in a banking context is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to follow processes independently.
• Familiarity with onboarding workflows across coverage, markets, and banking functions is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and clients.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding and client lifecycle activities for corporate clients across multiple business lines.
• Coordinate documentation and communications with Global Bankers, clients and internal teams.
• Serve as the operational owner from intake to completion for onboarding requests.
• Review data for completeness and address missing information with requestors.
• Escalate blockers and manage communications with stakeholders to ensure timely onboarding.
