Job summary

Ascendo Resources is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage international client accounts and onboarding processes from our Miami area operations. You will collaborate with AML/KYC, Compliance, Legal, and Tax teams to ensure documentation accuracy and regulatory alignment.

Ideal candidates will have 2+ years in financial services operations with international onboarding experience, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English and Spanish to review multilingual documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services operations, onboarding, or new accounts, especially international/foreign accounts.
• Knowledge of AML/KYC, beneficial ownership, and international account documentation requirements.
• Ability to review documentation for completeness and accuracy and work with multiple internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Review and process new international client accounts, including individual, corporate, institutional, and complex ownership structures.
• Review account documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Process updates and maintenance requests for existing international accounts.
• Work with AML/KYC, Compliance, Legal, and Tax teams to resolve documentation or account issues.
• Review international corporate structures and beneficial ownership information.
• Support branch personnel with international account opening requirements and documentation.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies or documentation exceptions.
• Monitor reports related to new and existing international accounts.
• Respond to account inquiries and provide timely operational support.
• Maintain accurate account records in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
