Job summary

EmployBridge, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Staffing Coordinator for the White Haven, PA area. This 4-month contract position on the 2nd shift (3:00 PM–11:30 PM, Mon–Fri) involves frontline client service, staff onboarding, payroll processing, and issue resolution at a client site.

You will educate the client on guidelines, manage workforce issues, and run reports using CRM and Power BI to identify challenges and drive improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or 6 months related experience.
• Experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.
• Strong client communication and data handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for vendors and client contacts for all employee issues.
• Educates client on guidelines and sets expectations for handling of employee issues.
• Ensures all employee issues are handled appropriately and promptly.
• Coordinates resolution of all workforce issues with vendors and client partners and understands risk areas.
• Delivers client customized new hire orientations.
• Collects and reviews onboarding documents for each employee before start.
• Runs reports and uses data to identify workforce challenges (CRM, Power BI, time/attendance).
• Participates in client meetings about safety and operations and documents safety incidents.
• Processes payroll and tracks attendance, wage, and hour compliance.
