Responsibilities include recruiting, screening, interviewing for high-volume roles, and guiding onboarding. The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish), organized, and capable of managing multiple openings in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in staffing or recruiting, preferably in a warehouse/distribution environment.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.

• Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS and report on recruitment metrics.
• Partner with warehouse leadership to forecast staffing needs and address shortages.

This position is a 4-month contract assignment designed to support increased seasonal demand.

Hours: Mon - Fri 11:30am - 8pm

REQUIRED: Bilingual fluent in Spanish/English

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Seasonal Staffing Recruiter to support a large warehouse distribution client during peak season hiring. This on-site role is responsible for recruiting, screening, and onboarding high volumes of temporary employees for positions including Pickers, Packers, Cherry Picker Operators, and Lumpers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels at building relationships, and can effectively manage multiple openings while ensuring staffing levels meet operational demands. This position serves as a key partner to client leadership, helping maintain a reliable workforce during critical business periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire temporary associates to support peak-season warehouse operations.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for Picker, Packer, Cherry Picker Operator, and Lumper positions.
• Manage high-volume recruiting efforts to meet daily and weekly hiring goals.
• Guide candidates through the onboarding process, including employment documentation and pre-employment screenings.
• Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Partner with warehouse leadership to forecast staffing needs and address workforce challenges.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and employment regulations.
