Qualifications

• Active New York State Certification as School Psychologist.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) or Monolingual candidates eligible.
• Experience with Behavior Assessment System for Children-3 (BASC-3) administration/interpretation.
• New graduates completing certification warmly welcomed to apply.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children ages 3-5.
• Prepare clear diagnostic, psychological, and behavioral reports.
• Provide counseling per IEP; implement evidence-based interventions.
• Deliver individual and group counseling; train parents on strategies.
• Participate in treatment planning, case conferences, and IEP meetings.
• Foster collaborative communication among clinicians, teachers, and families.
• Ensure compliance with NYS CPSE and related standards.
