Colorado Network Staffing, Inc. (CNS) is seeking temporary, part-time Customer Service Representatives to support the Denver Public Schools enrollment center. You will assist families with school choice, answer questions, and guide them through applications.

The role emphasizes bilingual English/Spanish, data entry in student systems, and a friendly, high-volume service approach in a public enrollment setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with families or children in a customer service or administrative role preferred.
• Windows-based computer literacy required.
• Familiarity with Infinite Campus or other student information systems is a plus.
• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service and support to families navigating the School Choice process for Denver Public Schools.
• Make outreach phone calls to families of students in transition grades.
• Answer and route incoming calls and emails related to school options, enrollment timelines, and online application support.
• Guide families through the online School Choice application and other enrollment tools.
• Enter student data into systems such as Infinite Campus and the School Choice platform.
• Utilize multiple systems and databases simultaneously while assisting customers.
• Complete assigned tasks and contribute to special projects as needed.
• Maintain a welcoming and inclusive environment for families of diverse backgrounds and language needs.
