PACE Consulting, LLC (PACE) is a certified MBE/DBE woman-owned small business delivering behavioral health and organizational services to schools and communities in Montgomery County, MD. We seek a Bilingual Community Service Aide (Full-Time or Part-Time) to coordinate a school-based mental health program in partnership with the county DHHS.

The role involves outreach planning, event coordination, family support, and collaboration with therapists and school staff.

Formación

• Work experience in a related field is required.
• Must be able to demonstrate written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
• Desire to work with a diverse array of families and professionals.
• Experience working within collaborative school-based models of service delivery is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate outreach/prevention programming and emotional and wellness services for parents/families within the program.
• Plan psycho-educational and emotional support groups with assistance from the program's school team
• Plans, supports and implements special events for the team
• Collaborate with therapists, care managers, school staff and community partners to provide comprehensive care.
