Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish-English proficiency required; fluent in both languages.
• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling.
• Current Maryland licensure to provide mental health treatment.
• Background check completion required.
• Experience in community-based psychotherapy preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload effectively.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned caseload and provide ongoing individual mental health therapy.
• Provide services to children and adolescents in school settings.
• Complete psychosocial assessments.
• Develop and update person-centered treatment plans.
• Complete timely contact notes and clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with school staff, families, and treatment team.
• Deliver services in accordance with professional standards.
