Job summary

PACE Consulting, LLC offers a school-based mental health and social services program in the Gaithersburg and Germantown area. The role supports coordinating services, events, and activities with elementary and middle schools and the county Department of Health and Human Services, promoting mental and emotional wellness for students and families.

The position is full-time, primarily in schools in Montgomery County, MD, with some evenings required to meet with families and students.

Qualifications

• Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
• Experience with school-based collaborative models preferred.
• Knowledge of immigrant populations and community resources is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate outreach/prevention programming for parents/families.
• Coordinate psycho-educational and emotional support groups with school team.
• Plan and implement special events for the team; participate in public speaking.
• Provide information and referral services to families.
• Support family care manager in securing community resources.
• Coordinate with therapists, care managers, school staff and partners.
