Job summary

EveryMind in Maryland is hiring a Bilingual School-Based Mental Health Therapist to support Bucklodge Middle School and Hyattsville Middle School. The role provides school-based services at the schools and community locations, joining a behavioral health team to deliver individual, family, and group therapy to students and families.

The position is mostly onsite, with 2 days at Buck Lodge and 3 days at Hyattsville.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field.
• Maryland Board approved license (LGPC, LMSW, LCPC, LCSW-C, LGMFT, LCMFT) in good standing.
• Bilingual Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical services to referred students, individuals, or families including assessments, counseling, and school-based outreach.
• Lead or co-lead office or school-based therapy, psycho-educational groups, and community education.
• Maintain documentation and data entry in electronic health records; ensure compliance with policies.
