Qualifications

• Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on the central scheduling line with warmth and professionalism.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments accurately and timely.
• Serve as primary contact for Spanish-speaking clients with clear communication.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to understand scheduling needs and waitlists.
• Communicate appointment details and next steps to clients.
