Job summary

Mettler Toledo is seeking a Bilingual Scheduling Coordinator in Columbus, OH to organize and optimize daily Field Service Technician schedules, ensuring timely service and productivity. You will coordinate maintenance visits, communicate changes, and partner with technicians to meet customer expectations.

The role requires an Associate's Degree in business or communications, 2+ years scheduling experience (or 5+ years in similar roles), and bilingual fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in business or communications; 2+ years planning/scheduling, or 5+ years in similar roles.
• Experience in service, logistics, or manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Must be bilingual in French and English; SAP knowledge required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and route Field Service Technicians based on customer priorities, workload demands, and material availability to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor and adjust technician assignments to accommodate dynamic service requests and changing priorities.
• Contact customers to coordinate planned maintenance visits and communicate schedule changes professionally and promptly.
• Partner with Field Service Technicians to ensure they have all necessary information to fulfill customer requests.
• Support service order closure by confirming documentation accuracy and completion.
• Continuously evaluate scheduling processes to improve productivity, minimize downtime, and enhance technician utilization.
