Hamaspik HomeCare in Spring Valley, NY is seeking a full-time Scheduling (PCA) Coordinator to join our dedicated team. This detail-oriented role rewards clear communication and a passion for delivering exceptional patient and caregiver service.

You will coordinate and assign caregivers to openings, ensure accurate payroll processing for the caseload, and proactively address concerns from patients, caregivers, or internal staff while upholding our high service standards in a fast-paced home care

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a home care office setting preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, providing prompt, courteous, and professional assistance while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Coordinate and assign caregivers to open shifts based on availability, skill set, and patient needs.
• Accurately process payroll for caregivers within the assigned caseload, meeting all deadlines.
• Proactively address and resolve concerns or issues raised by patients, caregivers, or internal team members.
