Job summary

True Care in the New York metro area is seeking a Home Care Scheduling Coordinator to coordinate caregiver placement and visit confirmations between caregivers and patients.

You will create and maintain staff schedules, confirm attendance, and communicate with patients, families and physicians while upholding True Care's policies.

This full-time role requires Spanish bilingualism, strong communication, and a compassionate approach to elderly care, with on-site hours in Queens.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is required.

Responsibilities
