Hamaspik HomeCare in Spring Valley, NY is seeking a full-time Scheduling (PCA) Coordinator to join a growing team. You will coordinate caregivers, process payroll, and serve as the main contact for patients and caregivers to ensure outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Experience in a home care office setting preferred.
• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Bilingual in Spanish.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the primary point of contact for patients and caregivers, providing prompt, courteous, and professional assistance while ensuring a high standard of customer service.
• Coordinate and assign caregivers to open shifts based on availability, skill set, and patient needs.
• Accurately process payroll for caregivers within the assigned caseload, meeting all deadlines.
• Proactively address and resolve concerns or issues raised by patients, caregivers, or internal team members.
