Rockaway Home Care in New York is seeking a detail-oriented PCA Coordinator to support our home care team. The role involves matching aides to cases, coordinating schedules, and maintaining clear communication with clients and caregivers in a nonprofit setting.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and English, customer-service oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Training is provided, and knowledge of scheduling systems is a plus.

Formación

• Bilingual Spanish and English required.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn scheduling systems.
• Must meet all company hiring and onboarding requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate PCA/HHA schedules and client assignments.
• Communicate with caregivers, clients, families, and office staff.
• Fill open shifts and manage schedule changes.
• Support caregivers with questions and assignment details.
• Ensure clients receive reliable and consistent care.
• Track caregiver availability, attendance, and call-outs.
• Assist with onboarding and placement of new caregivers.
• Maintain records and update scheduling systems.
• Work closely with nursing, intake, HR, and administrative teams.
• Help resolve day-to-day scheduling and care coordination issues professionally.
• Provide a supportive and respectful experience for caregivers and clients.
