Job summary

Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions is seeking a Bilingual Japanese/English Business Development Manager for the Dallas–Fort Worth area in a hybrid, full-time role with a strong benefits package.

The candidate will oversee project development, collaborate with engineering to propose SAP-based solutions, and analyze business processes to drive improvements. Proficiency in English and intermediate Japanese are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of user support experience and 5 years implementing SAP ERP.
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Intermediate Japanese required to communicate with Japanese clientele.

Responsibilities

• Manage project during development stage.
• Work with engineering teams to define system solutions for clients.
• Analyze business and IT processes to identify improvements.
• Analyze and modify SAP ERP systems to meet user needs.
