Job summary

Activ8 Recruitment & Solutions seeks a Bilingual Japanese/English Business Development Manager for the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This non-remote, full-time role offers a hybrid work arrangement and a strong benefits package.

The candidate will manage project development, analyze requirements with engineering teams, and engage with Japanese clients to meet ERP solution needs. Requirements include a CS degree, 5 years SAP ERP implementation experience (FI, SD, MM, BW, ABAP preferred), 1 year user

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of SAP ERP implementation experience (modules FI, SD, MM, BW, ABAP preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of user support.
• Proficient English communication (written and verbal) and intermediate Japanese.

Responsibilities

• Project management during development stages.
• Work with engineering teams to define system solutions for clients.
• Analyze business and IT processes to identify improvements.
• Analyze and modify SAP ERP systems to meet user needs.
