Job summary

Exploria Resorts in Clermont, FL is seeking a Sales Trainer (Bilingual: Spanish) for a full-time role at Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts. You will design and deliver comprehensive training for timeshare sales representatives, focusing on presentation techniques, product knowledge, and closing strategies, while ensuring policy conformance.

You will lead onboarding, ongoing development, and coaching, analyze performance data, and support recruiting and LMS updates to drive revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of timeshare or vacation ownership sales experience.
• Previous sales training, coaching, or leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of strong sales performance and closing ability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver engaging training programs for timeshare sales.
• Onboarding and ongoing development for new and existing reps and managers.
• Coach and mentor to improve individual and team performance.
• Analyze site-level sales performance and training effectiveness.
• Coordinate with recruitment to align hiring with training needs.
• Maintain LMS content and support sales floor activities.
