Responsibilities

Maintain customer databases and sales records with accurate data.
Coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing to support sales ops.
Assist in sales forecasts, budgets, and strategies.
Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and organize travel for the team.
Identify process improvements within sales support functions.
Handle filing, data entry, and correspondence as needed.
Perform other duties to support the sales objectives.
