AT&T in Miami is seeking a part-time Retail Sales Consultant to connect customers with the latest devices and personalized services.

You will use a consultative approach on the sales floor, with evening and weekend hours, and opportunities to earn uncapped commissions based on performance.

No sales experience? Training is provided, and bilingual Spanish-English candidates are especially encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish and English preferred.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• No sales experience? Training provided to help meet goals.

Responsibilities

• On the sales floor, use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
• Be part of the community through events, filling online orders and outbound calls to customers.
