Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the primary customer-facing staff, delivering fast, efficient service while accurately handling wires, checks, loans, money orders, and bill payments, top-ups, lottery tickets, and online sales.

You will balance cash drawers, maintain confidentiality of customer information, and ensure compliance with company, state, and federal regulations. You will identify cross-selling opportunities and proactively enhance the company’s branding with

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED.
Fluent in Spanish; basic English required.
Experience with cash handling and transaction processing.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

Process wires, cash checks, loans, money orders, bill payments, top-ups, and online sales.
Provide prompt and professional customer service and assist with inquiries.
Count and balance cash drawers; verify balances with the system; handle cash responsibly.
Cross-sell additional company products and services to meet customer needs.
Maintain compliance with company, state, and federal policies; protect client confidentiality.
Record shift transactions using company systems; support marketing initiatives as needed.
Assist with in-store and out-of-store promotions to align with branding.
Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
