Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Fluent in Spanish; basic English required.
• Detail oriented with currency handling and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Process wires, cash checks, loans, money orders, bill payments and online sales.
• Provide prompt, professional customer service and answer inquiries.
• Balance cash drawers and ensure accuracy at end of shift.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote company products.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with applicable regulations.
