Responsibilities

• Process transactions including wires, cash checks, loans and sales of products.
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers and direct them appropriately.
• Count and balance cash drawers each shift and process deposits with accuracy.
• Identify and promote cross-selling opportunities using company materials.
• Comply with company, state and federal policies to protect client information.
• Keep records of shift transactions using company systems.
• Support marketing initiatives such as distributing promotional materials.
• Handle other tasks of similar nature as assigned by management.
