Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process wires, cash checks, loans, and sell company products (money orders, bill payments, lottery, online sales, and top-ups).
• Balance cash drawers and ensure accuracy of transactions.
• Serve as first point of contact for customers and direct to appropriate department.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and promote company products; support marketing and promotions.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with policies and regulations.
