Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Process wires, cash checks, loans, money orders, bill payments, lottery tickets, and online sales.
• Serve as first point of contact for customers and direct to appropriate area.
• Balance cash drawers and verify cash with system; ensure accuracy and security.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and promote company products.
• Maintain confidentiality; comply with company, state and federal policies.
• Keep records of transactions and assist with marketing/promotional activities.
