Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning new software (Shopify, QuickBooks, Square).
• Detail-oriented and reliable with follow-through.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Owns a vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Assist with wholesale account communication, inventory, and order follow-up.
• Support outreach to existing and prospective retail partners.
• Help track inventory reports and restock needs with store contacts.
• Create and process orders for wholesale customers.
• Manage invoice creation and ensure accuracy before sending.
• Conduct in-person visits to high-value retail customers.
