Goodwin Recruiting in Dallas, TX is seeking a Sales Manager to drive adoption of restaurant technology solutions among local and regional partners. You will prospect, build relationships, manage the full sales cycle, and close new business opportunities with tailored solutions.

Responsibilities include product demos, KPI goals, CRM tracking, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation. Fluency in English plus Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese is required.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment and upsell.
• Experience with CRM tools and a fast-paced sales role.
• Bilingual in English and Chinese or Korean or Vietnamese is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; 1+ year of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of competitive landscape and position solutions.
• Identify, research, and qualify restaurant partners.
• Execute outbound prospecting via visits, calls, emails, and campaigns.
• Conduct product demos and present tailored solutions.
• Own full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Meet KPIs, including new partner acquisition targets.
• Track activities using CRM and coordinate onboarding.
