Job summary

Mobilelink Delaware LLC is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to serve customers in our Delaware stores. You will help customers select Cricket Wireless products and services while delivering outstanding service and building value through tailored solutions.

You will support store operations, strive to hit sales KPIs, and may participate in community events. This role requires English and Spanish proficiency and a commitment to excellent customer care.

Qualifications

• Fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish required).
• Clear communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Attitude with customer service mindset; basic tech aptitude.
• Retail experience is helpful but not required.
