Mobilelink USA LLC, Cricket Wireless’ largest authorized retailer, seeks a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Brownsville, TX. You will serve customers by offering tailored solutions, delivering exceptional service, and representing Cricket and our brand with professionalism.

The role includes helping store leaders with operations, hitting sales goals and KPIs, and occasionally participating in community events. Fluency in English and Spanish, reliable transportation, and the ability to work 32 hours

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication, positive attitude and technical aptitude.
• Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• At least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
• Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to the location and residence within 30 minutes of the home store.
• Ability to operate a personal computer and follow instructions.
