Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Tarboro, NC. You will deliver exceptional service in English and Spanish, tailoring solutions for customers and representing Cricket Wireless with professionalism.

You may assist store operations and support community events while pursuing sales goals. This role requires reliable transportation, ability to work 32+ hours weekly including evenings/weekends/holidays, and a neat, professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages, English and Spanish specified.
• Clear communication, attitude and technical aptitude.
• Customer service excellence, honesty and integrity.
• Retail sales experience helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the United States.

These events are an extension of regular job responsibilities and are designed to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.Employees will be provided with reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is considered a condition of employment.
