Cricket Wireless / Mobilelink is seeking a bilingual Sales Advocate to deliver exceptional customer service and tailored solutions. The role emphasizes English and Spanish fluency, professional representation, and supporting store operations within a district.

You will promote sales goals, participate in community events when needed, and maintain a professional appearance while working hours include evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required.

These events are an extension of regular job responsibilities and are designed to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.Employees will be provided with reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is considered a condition of employment. Duties at such events may include, but are not limited to: engaging with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.Job Qualifications:Must be fluent in two or more languages.
