Job summary

Mobilelink USA LLC is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Fort Worth, TX. You will assist customers by identifying needs and offering Cricket Wireless solutions in English and Spanish, delivering friendly service in a fast-paced retail setting.

Key duties include achieving sales goals, supporting store operations, and representing the Cricket brand with professionalism. Prior retail experience is helpful but not required; opportunities for growth and advancement are available.

These events are an extension of regular job responsibilities and are designed to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.Employees will be provided with reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is considered a condition of employment. Duties at such events may include, but are not limited to: engaging with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.Job Qualifications:Must be fluent in two or more languages.
