Mobilelink USA LLC is hiring a Bilingual Sales Advocate in the Norfolk area. The role centers on providing exceptional customer service, offering tailored wireless solutions, and representing the Cricket Wireless brand with professionalism.

You will support store operations and aim to meet sales KPIs, with some opportunities to participate in community events. The position requires English and Spanish fluency, strong communication, and a willingness to work a minimum of 32 hours per week

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages, English and Spanish.
• Must be 18+ years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.

These events are an extension of regular job responsibilities and are designed to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.Employees will be provided with reasonable notice of scheduled events, and participation is considered a condition of employment. Duties at such events may include, but are not limited to: engaging with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.Job Qualifications:Must be fluent in two or more languages.
