Job summary

Mobilelink Baltimore LLC is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate in Dundalk, MD. You will deliver exceptional customer service, understand customer needs, and provide tailored Cricket Wireless solutions.

Represent the Cricket brand with professionalism and support store operations while pursuing sales goals and KPI targets. The role requires English and Spanish fluency, strong communication, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in two or more languages (English and Spanish).
• Clear communication, positive attitude and integrity.
• Retail sales experience is helpful but not required.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customers' needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Represent Cricket Wireless professionally and support sales goals.
• Assist store operations and daily duties as needed.
