Job summary

20/20 Plumbing & Heating, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Safety Coordinator in Riverside, CA. The role focuses on planning, implementing, and overseeing safety in the workplace to ensure OSHA and company standards are met; certification training is required within 90 days.

You will work with Operations and HR to conduct safety walks, inspections, training, and incident investigations, while promoting a culture of safety and compliance across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' safety leadership on multi-family projects
• OSHA 30 hour and CPR/First Aid certifications within 90 days
• Bilingual (Spanish) reading/writing/speaking required
• California driver license with clean DMV record

Responsibilities

• Coordinate safety walks and inspections before projects
• Maintain safety reports and observations
• Inspect areas and crews for safe operations
• Educate employees on safety standards and machinery operation
• Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions
• Deliver safety training sessions to staff
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies
