Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator OSHA 30 to join our team in the United States.

The role focuses on safety enforcement, job-start readiness, and training across field personnel, with emphasis on bilingual English/Spanish communication. You will conduct orientations, maintain safety documentation, and support incident investigations while ensuring compliance with OSHA guidelines and company safety programs.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial construction safety experience.
• Proficient with safety documentation and reporting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication required.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety programs across all branch activities
• Perform safety checklists and lean inspections
• Conduct new hire orientations and skill assessments
• Document safety activities and maintain records
• Provide safety training and licensing for field crews
• Assist in job start-up safety documentation (JSSP/SSP/OCIP/CCIP)
• Ensure OSHA-compliant, safe work environment
• Support injured employees through initial medical visits
• Complete incident/accident documentation
• Perform other safety duties as needed
