Precision Walls is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator with OSHA 30 certification to join our team. The role involves enforcing safety and Lean practices, conducting orientations, and training field personnel across tools and equipment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in commercial construction safety, are bilingual (English/Spanish), and can support startup safety requirements and incident documentation. Background check and drug screening required.

Qualifications

• 1 to 2 years in commercial construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish, able to train and support field personnel.

Responsibilities

• All phases of branch Safety / Lean Support and Enforcement.
• Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments; provide supportive documentation.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel tasks (tools and equipment).
• Support management in creating New Job Start Up requirements (safety docs).
• Ensure a Safe and Healthy work environment per OSHA guidelines.
• Assist injured employees through initial appointments and recovery process.
• Document all accidents, incidents, or property damage.
