Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team in Charlotte, NC. You will support safety across all project phases and work with a close-knit team.

Responsibilities include safety inspections, new hire orientations, and training field personnel on equipment such as Hilti tools, MEWPs, Lull, forklifts, scaffolds, and ladders. Requirements: 1–2 years in commercial construction safety, OSHA 30, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in commercial construction safety.
• OSHA 30 certification held.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• All phases of branch Safety / Lean Support and Enforcement.
• Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections.
• Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments; provide supportive documentation.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment (Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders).
• Support Management in creating New Job Start Up safety documents (JSSP/SSSP, OCIP-CCIP).
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment in line with OSHA guidelines.
• Accompany injured employees to initial doctor appointments and support until full duty.
• Complete documentation for any Accident, Incident or Property Damage.
