Precision Walls, Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team in Boydton, Virginia. You will lead safety programs, enforce lean practices, and conduct new hire orientations, inspections, and training across all project phases.

The position emphasizes a safe, healthy job site and close collaboration with field crews and management. The requirements include 1–2 years of commercial construction safety experience, OSHA 30 certification, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of commercial construction safety experience.
• OSHA 30 certification.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish).
• Precision Walls Trained Trainer program participation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Safety / Lean support and enforcement across all branches.
• Perform Safety and Lean Checklist inspections.
• Conduct new hire orientations and skill assessments; maintain documentation.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment.
• Support start-up requirements: safety documents, JSSP/SSSP, OCIP/CCIP.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment compliant with OSHA.
• Accompany injured employees to medical appointments and support return to duty.
• Complete documentation for accidents, incidents, or property damage.
