The role focuses on all phases of branch safety, lean support, and enforcement, with responsibilities including new hire orientation, training, and ensuring OSHA compliance on job sites. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of safety experience in commercial construction and can manage documentation, incident reporting, and safety training across field personnel with proficiency in common digital

Qualifications

• Experience 1 to 2 years in commercial construction safety.
• Familiarity with OSHA guidelines and safety practices.
• Proficient with desktop computers, laptops, iPad, smartphones and other devices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of branch safety, lean support and enforcement.
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel and ensure tool safety.
• Support creation of new job startup safety documentation and compliance.
