Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Support all phases of branch Safety, Lean Support, and Enforcement
• Conduct Safety and Lean Checklist Inspections
• Perform New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments, with supportive documentation
• Provide training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment such as Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders, and Stilts
• Assist Management in creating New Job Start Up requirements, including contract safety documents, JSSP/SSSP, OCIP-CCIP requirements, etc.
• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment that complies with OSHA guidelines
• Support injured employees by accompanying them to initial doctor appointments and assisting until they are released to full duty
• Complete documentation for any accidents, incidents, or property damage
• Perform other duties as needed

Requirements/Experience

• 1 to 2 years of commercial construction safety experience
• Knowledge of desktop computers, laptops, iPads, smartphones, and various electronic devices
• OSHA 30 certification
• Precision Walls Trained Trainer (training provided by a Branch Safety Coordinator, Safety QQC, Safety Manager, or Branch supporting SQRM)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
