Qualifications

Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team. Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Support all phases of branch Safety/Lean Support and Enforcement.
  2. Conduct Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections.
  3. Lead New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments, including documentation.
  4. Provide safety training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment such as Hilti tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders, and Stilts.
  5. Assist management in creating New Job Start Up requirements, including safety documents and compliance with OCIP-CCIP requirements.
  6. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment compliant with OSHA guidelines.
  7. Support injured employees during initial doctor visits and until they are cleared for full duty.
  8. Complete documentation for any accidents, incidents, or property damage.
  9. Perform other duties as needed.
Requirements/Experience
  1. 1 to 2 years of experience in commercial construction safety.
  2. Proficiency with desktop computers, laptops, iPads, smartphones, and other electronic devices.
  3. OSHA 30 certification.
  4. Training as a Precision Walls Trained Trainer (training provided).
  5. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
