Qualifications

Precision Walls has an exciting opportunity for a Bilingual Safety Coordinator - OSHA 30 to join our team. We are looking for individuals eager to learn, enthusiastic, and ready for an exciting new challenge, working in a supportive environment with a team we consider family.

Responsibilities:
  1. All phases of branch Safety/Lean Support and Enforcement
  2. Safety Checklist / Lean Checklist Inspections
  3. Conduct New Hire Orientations and Skill Assessments (when required). Supportive documentation.
  4. Provide training and licensing for field personnel on tools and equipment such as Hilti Tools, MEWPs, Lull & Forklift operations, Scaffolds, Ladders, and Stilts
  5. Support Management in creating New Job Start Up requirements, including contract safety documents, JSSP/SSSP, OCIP-CCIP requirements, etc.
  6. Ensure a safe and healthy work environment adhering to OSHA guidelines
  7. Support injured employees, attend initial doctor appointments, and assist until they are released to full duty
  8. Complete documentation for any Accident, Incident, or Property Damage
  9. Other duties as needed
Requirements/Experience:
  • 1 to 2 years of commercial construction safety experience
  • Knowledge of desktop computers, laptops, iPads, smartphones, and other electronic devices
  • OSHA 30 certification
  • Precision Walls Trained Trainer (training provided by a Branch Safety Coordinator, Safety QQC, Safety Manager, or Branch supporting SQRM)
