A high school diploma or equivalent is required, plus proficiency in Office and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• A college degree is preferred or proven experience in staffing coordination in home care or healthcare setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Staffing and Scheduling: Develop and manage daily schedules for home health aides based on patient needs and contractual obligations.
• Communication: Maintain regular communication with contracted facilities and home health aides to relay patient information and changes in scheduling.
• Incident Reporting and Investigation: Promptly report and document incidents, collaborate with departments to investigate and implement corrective actions.
• Collaboration with Other Departments: Work with Compliance, Recruitment, Nursing, Payroll/Billing, and Authorizations to ensure qualifications, certifications, and billing needs.
• Reporting: Run daily reports to monitor staffing efficiency and provide management with trends and insights.
