Job summary

The Cigna Group's Evernorth Workplace Care is seeking an RN Clinical Wellness Nurse for a part-time 24-hour schedule in Orlando, FL. You will provide individual coaching, plan health promotion activities, and support clinic operations at client sites, balancing onsite visits with telemedicine when appropriate.

Responsibilities include coaching sessions, health education, event coordination, and coordinating wellness programs to empower employees toward healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in respective state.
• Minimum of 3 or more years of clinical experience as an RN in a physician's office or hospital setting.
• Experience in health education and wellness coaching preferred.
• Demonstrated experience and ability in providing superior client service to organizations and individuals.
• Positive role model in demonstrating healthy behaviors.
• Proven administrative abilities with strong computer and software application skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Individual coaching sessions: Identify members' health advocacy needs using motivational interviewing to support overall wellbeing.
• Health Promotion: Educate about wellness programs, tools and services and raise awareness.
• Wellness Events and Campaigns: Travel to scheduled locations for program delivery.
• Mobile Van Based Clinical Functions/Telemedicine: Prepare/stock van, travel to sites, prep for CLIA testing, draw labs, input HPI.
