Job summary

Cigna’s Evernorth unit is hiring an RN Bilingual Onsite Health Coach to support clients in Arlington and McLean, VA. This role combines hands-on coaching with biometric screenings and health education to drive personalized wellness plans.

You will conduct assessments, set goals with customers, refer to clinical programs as appropriate, and lead health-promoting events on site. A current RN license and ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted RN license in the respective state.
• 3+ years of experience in health and wellness.
• 1+ year of health coaching/health education experience.
• ACLS/BLS/CPR/AED certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite face-to-face customer coaching and support.
• Identify customer health education needs via health assessments.
• Refer customers to Cigna Evernorth clinical programs when appropriate.
• Collaborate to establish health improvement plans and goals.
• Empower customers to participate in their health outcomes.
• Assist customers in overcoming barriers to better health.
• Lead health and wellness promotional activities.
• Perform biometric screenings (finger sticks, BP checks).
• Use biometric data and motivational interviewing to improve outcomes.
• Support health-related site events such as open enrollment and health fairs.
