Job summary

Inizio Engage, in collaboration with a leading research-driven pharmaceutical company, is seeking a Hybrid Clinical Educator to support patients and caregivers navigating rare disease injectable therapies. This field-based role requires travel, in-person, phone or virtual engagements, and a patient-first approach.

You will deliver disease-state and product education, educate nurses and office staff, and coordinate with access teams to address patient needs.

Qualifications

  • Must have US RN license and be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required.
  • 5 years of related experience, including supporting patients within Rare Disease.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver disease-state and product education using approved materials to patients and caregivers.
  • Educate account nurses and office staff on the Clinical Educator role to support patients.
  • Serve as a liaison to access teams and partners to address patient-specific needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance patient education solutions.
  • Deliver education programs in person and via webinar to patients and families.
  • Respond to inquiries and triage to available resources.

The final compensation offered to a successful candidate will be determined by factors such as experience, skills, internal equity, and business needs.
