Job summary

The IMA Group is seeking a Bilingual Nurse Case Manager to join our workers’ compensation team in the Phoenix metro area. This consultative role leverages your clinical expertise while avoiding hands-on care, on-call duties, or weekend shifts; you’ll evaluate and coordinate care for injured workers in collaboration with physicians and claims adjusters.

You’ll build strong relationships with clients and providers, manage assessments, and support independent, outcome-focused care.

Qualifications

• RN with ASN or higher and active license.
• Workers’ Comp experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.
• Ability to travel within Phoenix metro with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct consultative evaluations (physical & psychosocial).
• Coordinate care with physicians and claims adjusters.
• Serve as a liaison between injured workers and providers.
• Build strong client and provider relationships.
