The IMA Group in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a registered nurse to support injured employees through recovery, coordinating medical care, and advocating for the best outcomes. This field-based role is highly independent and involves travel within the assigned territory.

You'll split time between patient encounters, documentation, and care coordination, co-attending medical appointments with physicians and employers to ensure seamless care and timely return to work.

Schedule: Flexible Monday-Friday

Join a team supporting injured employees through recovery, coordinating medical care, and advocating for the best possible outcomes while working closely with physicians, employers, and claims professionals. This highly independent, field-based role lets you build lasting relationships and make a real impact every day.

This is primarily a field-based position. Once your caseload is established, expect to spend 80-85% of your week traveling within your assigned territory, meeting with injured workers and co-attending medical appointments. The rest of your time goes toward documentation, care coordination, and provider communication.

What You'll Bring

• ASN required; BSN preferred
• Background in ICU, ER, Trauma, Orthopedics, Neurology, or other acute care specialties
• Strong communication, organization, and care coordination skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively
